    "content": "I draw the attention of Members to Standing Order No.179 on conduct of election. It states that the Clerk shall appoint a place, date and time for the first meeting of committee within seven days of its constitution by the House or such further period as the Speaker may approve, and as soon as the majority of the committee Members are present, the Clerk shall by secret ballot conduct the election of the chairperson and vice chairperson of the Committee. Those are the Standing Orders. I am just reminding you this so that we do not engage in unnecessary sideshows. Let us proceed."
