    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the bulk of the business of this House is done at the committee level. We cannot operate optimally without operationalisation of committees. In the last Parliament we had a big issue with the chairpersons of committees. It is important to note that those who have been proposed to chair committees should know that the success of each committee has a positive correlation with the commitment of the particular chairperson. In the last Parliament, people like Hon. Keynan did very well as chairpersons of committees."
