    "content": "In the last Parliament we had a big problem with regard to venues. You go to a venue and find that two committees have been allocated that same venue. Through your chairmanship in the PSC, it is my assumption that we will have enough rooms. The Serjeant-at-Arms, who have been in charge of allocating committees space, will need to exercise due diligence so that we do away with wastage of time. In the last Parliament the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources, under Hon. Abdalla, did very well. I want the chairperson to emulate that iron lady. She was a good chairlady. She was very effective and efficient. So, in terms of venues, it was a big challenge. I am sure the Serjeant-at-Arms Department is listening from somewhere so that when it comes to allocating venues, then it should be done properly. Because of the consultations going on; and I know EALA campaigns are ongoing, the Standing Orders will not allow me to call upon the Mover to reply. I think we have said what was to be said, and it is high time we moved on and called upon the Mover to reply. Thank you, Hon. Speaker, I support."
