    "content": "I am addressing you, Hon. Speaker. I do not know why our colleagues are agitated. It is not your security that is withdrawn but ours. We are addressing the leadership of Parliament but not yours. This is our Speaker now. He does not belong to Jubilee Party but to the National Assembly of Kenya. He is the Chairman of PSC. We created his position in the Constitution as the Chairman of the PSC. This Constitution was not voted for by supporters of the Jubilee Party alone. It was voted for by the supporters of both Jubilee Party and the National Super Alliance (NASA).
