Is their security guaranteed only within the precincts of Parliament? If that is the case, then every Member of this House is secure. With regard to what Members of Parliament do outside the precincts of the House, we cannot take up the responsibility of ensuring their security, say, in their houses and other funny places that they may visit after official working hours."
