    "content": " You are out of order, hon. Senator. You will have an opportunity to contribute at a later date. For now, we have to make progress. Pursuant to Standing Order No. 226(1), the Petition stands committed to the relevant standing committee for its consideration. In this case, I, therefore, direct that this Petition be committed to the standing Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights. In terms of Standing Order No. 226(2), the Committee is required in not more than sixty days from the time of reading the prayer to respond to the petitioner by way of a Report addressed to the Petitioner and laid on the table of the Senate. The period of sixty days will start running from the date of the constitution of the Committee. Thank you."
