"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, no matter how the good Senator addresses me, I am still the ‘super’ Senator of Nairobi; that has nothing to do with how old or young I am. I am aware that through Lawyer John Khaminwa, there is a matter in court where deportation is being challenged by Miguna Miguna. But by virtue of the fact that you have relayed this matter to the Committee, we shall assume that it is not sub judice until another Senator, pursuant to Standing Order 92, alleges that it is sub judice and then brings the relevant documentation. Therefore, because of that - and I am glad that the Senate Minority Leader is also a member of this Committee - and I want to undertake that within 14 days we will be able to come back with the statement."
