    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I do not know whether I am to second or not. I would like to wish Hon. Members a happy Valentine’s Day. As you can see, I am dressed in red because I recognise this day as one in which we are supposed to be friends, mend fences and work as a team. We were all elected by our people to come here to represent them and when we fight in this House we seem not to honour the electorate who put us in office."
