    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I second this important Procedural Motion. Work in this House happens in committees and a lot of time has been given to debate on reports of committees, with 60 minutes being given to the Mover. Most of the reports on petitions and bills brought here by chairpersons of committees are heavy. Therefore, allocating 30 minutes to the Mover to reply is quite adequate and shows that most business of this House happens in committees."
