Deputy Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Section 13 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act relating to extension of period for consideration of nominees for appointment to State and Public Offices, this House resolves to extend the period for consideration of the nominees submitted by the President for appointment to the offices of Principal Secretaries, High Commissioners and Ambassadors by a further period of 14 days from 14th February 2018."
