Up to that point, it is my understanding that you should tell him to sit down because he has seized this opportunity to issue a statement yet that is not what we are debating. It is not in order to allow the Member to continue insulting others saying that this is not serious business and calling it a circus. We are not in the business of a circus and corridors in this Parliament."
