    "content": "immediately left. We should not even allow some of these people to talk, because they talk, confuse us then they leave us and hope that they have already gained mileage out there. I will be elected on the premise of what I would do for the people of Mwea. Some people will be elected on the basis of how much noise they make in this House and how much they appear on television. I am different. We must strike a balance between people who want to confuse me and people who want to pursue agenda that will help my people of Mwea to live a better life. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, with those few remarks, I wish to second and support this calendar. Thank you."
