    "content": "On a point of order, Hon. Speaker. I would like to also join my colleagues who have spoken before me. They have said that there are Chairpersons of Committees who are doing their work. I am sure the Leader of the Majority Party knows they are doing their best. Similarly, I know that in the 11th Parliament, Chairpersons of Committees used to be blamed. For example, in my own Committee, we have been doing public participation and receiving various stakeholders’ views based on the memorandum sent to the House. The Departmental Committee on Lands is working very hard just as the Departmental Committee on Energy is doing. If there is a Chairperson of a Committee who has not delivered or prepared himself or herself properly, or a Chairperson who does not have a very good secretariat like the one we have in the Departmental Committee on Lands, then the blame should be directed to that Committee. Hon. Speaker, please, protect us Chairpersons because we have an image to protect especially before our constituents."
