I have really agonized with my conscience and I am actually tempted to mete out sanctions immediately both to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government and the Minister for Co-operative Development and Marketing. However, taking guidance from their position in the Executive; that they are in fact the top leadership of the Executive, I am a bit hesitant. I want to give them the benefit of not meting out sanctions immediately. Otherwise, I was going to exclude them from the proceedings of the House for the next two days. I will not do that now, but note that I have those powers and I am inclined to use them. I will use them beginning tomorrow without fear, favour or discrimination. Just note! Out of the respect that you have for the House that you have said, Mr. Minister for Co-operative Development and Marketing, I am giving you the last benefit. That also applies to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government. So, Question No.549 has already been deferred to Thursday at 2.30 p.m. Question No.468 has also been deferred to tomorrow at 9.00 a.m. Mr. Minister, please note that.
