    "content": "I also want to say it is good for the Order Paper to have order by itself. This is because like yesterday, we were expecting the first Bill in Second Reading to be the Computer and Cyber Crime Bill, which we had prepared for. So, when you come and find a different Order, then you are not prepared. I thought it is good for the Order to be predictable. For example, on Tuesday, we should have an Order that we have done research on so that we can also be effective. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
