    "content": "The important point to make here is that I know that many of the committees are beginning to have their sittings, but there is no harm in either the Chair of a committee, Vice Chair or any Member designated by that committee to appear before his colleagues here on the Floor of the House to give some progress report. They may be very busy doing some work in taking views from the public, but it is only fair that the House gets to know that the Committee is not ignoring the fact that they are required to be in the House. I do not want to have a general condemnation of all Chairs because as you say, they may be busy working. I am also aware of other situations. For instance, the Liaison Committee is supposed to hold its induction workshop tomorrow. I do not know which Chairs may have left Nairobi in the course of today because I do not deal with that."
