However, it seems that he was not brought to speed to know that the two Bills, even the Nairobi Metropolitan Area Transport Authority Bill, fall under his Committee. This is a very critical Bill because we have opinion that it might be unconstitutional, and will interfere with the counties. You need to invite the respective counties, particularly Nairobi County, which I am sure will have a lot of interest pertaining this Bill, so that you bring this work to us. I was just reminding you."
