Members, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 225(2) (b), I hereby convey to the House that my office is in receipt of a petition signed by four petitioners, namely; Mr. Richard Kanyua, Mr. George Nyaga, Mr. Weru Kiruntha and Mr. Erastus Nthiga, on behalf of New Kieni Farmers’ Cooperative Society. The petitioners alleged that there is misappropriation of assets and loss of coffee proceeds belonging to New Kieni Coffee Farmers Society."
