    "content": "Looking at today’s Order Paper, I am very impressed particularly with regard to Order No.15, which is about the extension of the period for consideration of statutory instruments. It is true that during the last Session there were petitions pertaining to these instruments. The Committee on Delegated Legislation, through the current Chairperson… From the look of things, it seems she might do better. I just want to encourage her to keep it up and follow up on this matter. We may find that some of the regulations have already been implemented and yet Parliament has not discussed them.
