    "content": "Again, I just want to point out like I did last evening that the Statutory Instruments Act provides inter alia that any statutory-making body or authority is at liberty to do so and table this within seven days in the House. The provisions of those Statutory Instruments may be implemented, but should the House make findings which may debar their implementation, again, that is catered for in the Statutory Instruments Act. I think early this morning, I heard the Chairperson of the Committee give notice of Motion. I am sure she will be giving some explanation and reasons as to why this Motion is here today."
