    "content": "You may also recall that the Committee also identified that there was need to amend some of the statutory instruments, including the need to provide for the extension of time for consideration in order that we may comprehensively deliberate and uphold them since many of them had been a subject of litigation before our courts. The Committee noticed that some of the regulations had been gazetted without titles and reference to the parent statute. Others did not have the correct referred to definitions. For that reason, the Committee saw it fit that there is need to consult further with the regulation-making authorities in order to streamline all these."
