    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. First of all, I thank the President for what he has done for us, especially we from Kakamega County. The mere fact that Rashid Muhamed is on this list makes me approve the entire list for appointment. I thank the President because in Kakamega County, when we were playing our politics of Jubilee, this Rashid man, I can confess and confirm that he was such a strong man in Jubilee. There are many people and we are talking of moments for reward, which is a fact. When it comes to converts, it is this man. Rashid was a Member of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) during the time ODM was very strong in Kakamega County. It was so difficult for some of us then to move around Kakamega and Mumias but when this man converted to Jubilee, we had a nice time in Kakamega and Mumias."
