    "content": "Before I finish, Mr. Keriako Tobiko is very good in team work and that is what is required in this Ministry. The Committee, during the vetting process, said that he committed to give priority to the draft Waste Management Policy and Bill. As a team leader, he committed himself that he is going to engage the counties because most of the work in that Ministry is devolved. He will also pay attention to environmental pollution. He possesses knowledge, skills and competences that are required to implement all that we are talking about like cleaning Nairobi River and other rivers. He will also be keen on environmental pollution. I support his nomination."
