    "content": "Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. I do not have an issue with what Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve has brought up but I have an issue with the Statements. I am worried that she is repeating a Statement that she sought last year. Is there a trend? I presented a Statement last year and a similar Statement was presented yesterday by Sen. (Rev.) Waqo. It was to do with the highways. My Statement was fairly detailed because we wanted to interrogate the designs. We are more worried because the construction is going on and we are noticing that the same mistakes are being repeated in the construction of the roads. Are our Statements not being taken seriously? My Statement has not been responded to. It has been a number of months now. We wish that you direct---"
