    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I wanted to ride on Sen. Gona’s Statement; that the Statement should include Mombasa, Kwale, Lamu and Taita Taveta counties because all these counties rely on tourism as part of their major revenue component. As of recent, we have had drought in the Tsavo National Park and many animals have been suffering and as a result tourism industry has been affected. Therefore, the Chairperson of the Committee on Tourism, Trade and Industrialization, in responding, should also consider the issue of Lamu County where there is a coal plant which will soon be constructed in that area and how it will affect the environment in terms of tourism. Thank you."
