    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Speaking as someone from the pastoral community, two weeks is a long time because the conflict will be exacerbated by the fact that there is no response. There will be retaliations and other issues. The faster this can be responded to, the better for both communities. Members from the pastoral communities would rather die than lose their animals. My worry is the repercussions as a result of slow interventions."
