    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to add on the Senators’ concern that has been expressed, highlighting various serious issues that are facing this country. I do not think that it is just a matter of riparian land. The issue of riparian land in itself is very serious because we all remember days when you could not have planted anything along the river bank and this country was well watered. When Sen. (Prof.) Ongeri says, “I was in Kisii County sometime and I know it is not wet.” I can understand.
