The Assistant Minister has not even answered my question regarding how much they used in terms of what he is referring to as minor sealing or tarmacking to hold the gravel. Could the Assistant Minister tell us how much money they used for both design and the issue of sealing the road to bitumen standard to cover the gravel, and whether that was the purpose for the design work?"
