Kwamboka has said, it is important to also investigate what happens to children and people with disability in the slums in the event of fire. There are some who are not mobile. What has the Government put in place to ensure that they are safe? The issue of fire is also rampant in schools. Remember there was fire at Moi Girls, Nairobi High School. What measures has the Government put in place to ensure that children who are in schools for the disabled are safe in the event of fire?"
