While the Chairperson is going to present his response, we have proposed, together with the Vice Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations, the Disaster Management Bill which will, of course, address this concern. However, for the purposes of the question, I am aware that the National Disaster Management Policy that was drafted in 2013 is still stuck somewhere on a shelf. The Chairperson should let us know, in his response, when that policy will be implemented or passed because it will then dictate or give life to the proposed legislation on disaster management. Thank you."
