Members, it would be fair that you understand the import of this: it is to limit debate on the Motion appearing as Order No.8 on the Order Paper so that even though the House passed the various Procedural Motions last Wednesday limiting debate on Sessional Papers to one hour, this particular one on National Climate Change Finance will be limited to a maximum of three hours as explained. It has been deemed that there is a lot of interest. I, therefore, propose the Question."
