    "content": "I think Hon. Kangogo needs to accept that a lot of powers go into this Office of Leader of the Majority Party and, probably, Leader of the Minority Party. The Leader of the Majority Party can be magnanimous to share this responsibility with the lieutenants, because what I see is a case where the soldiers have very little to do and they see that the general is overworking. So I want to urge my friend to be sharing some of these responsibilities with his team. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
