    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, on 2nd November, 2010, Mr. Konchella, Member of Parliament for Kilgoris, rose on a point of order seeking a Ministerial Statement from my Ministry with regard to the invasion of veterinary laboratory sports club land. In the Statement, the hon. Member wanted to know the following:- (i) How the developers were able to use the police to invade the land despite the presence of the Administration Police (AP). (ii) The action that has been taken against the perpetrators of this heinous crime who destroyed public property with impunity. (iii) Why and how the police was used to defeat the cause of justice and the rule of law. (iv) He also wanted the names of the companies which had been allocated this land and their directors. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to respond as follows:"
