    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I will be very brief because my colleagues who have spoken before me have said everything that needs to be said. As you have aptly put it, this is not a political issue anymore. This is a matter of life and death. What is happening in this country is something we should be scared of. When you look at newspapers, you see pictures of dry riverbeds. We are talking of rivers that have never dried up in the history of this country.
