    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, the question will be found in The HANSARAD and the distinguished Senator can peruse the HANSARD and answer the question. However, for avoidance of doubt, ADC lands were trust lands that were then transferred to ADC by the former governments at no cost, including your County Nyandarua. These lands are being routinely disposed of on spurious loans defaults and so on. Will you bring an answer to this House and to the country, stating clearly where ADC lands are to disposed of, the first point of call is to transfer them from the National Government to the county governments to use them as tools of production to enhance the economies of the counties. Since, that is where the lands came from anyway."
