    "content": " Hon Senators, I wish to acknowledge the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon, of a delegation of Members of the Committee on Procedure and Business from West Pokot County Assembly. The Members are on a one day visit to the Senate to benchmark on best practices in the management of affairs of the House. I request each member of the delegation to stand when called out, so that they may be acknowledged in the Senate tradition. They are:- 1. Hon. Francis Losia - Deputy Speaker 2. Hon.
