    "content": "Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. I also thank Sen. (Rev.) Waqo for bringing this Statement. I am also a victim of cancer in a way. My husband lost his uncle and brother because of brain cancer. Research needs to be extended to so many counties. Cancer is also rampant in northern Kenya. They should try to establish if electronic devices are responsible for the brain tumors that many of our people are experiencing. If so, how can we educate them on the use of phones?"
