This is because it is an issue not only concerning Marsabit County, but it is everywhere in this country. So, generally, we have to ask the CS to get facts from all the counties and also from the national data. Therefore, I ask that we be given a month to look into this issue because we need to solve the serious issues discussed here. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
