I have heard Senators’ requests on registration et cetera . I envy these Senators because that might be the depth of their challenge. I want to ride on that Statement. In other counties, at least, there are babies to register; we are losing babies in my county. There is a recent case where a child was stolen in Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) and so, there was no certificate to look for because the child was not there.
