"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to bring to your attention the issue that I see happening quite often. Members are going against Standing Order No. 106 (2) which states that:- “No Senators shall pass between the Chair and the Senator who is speaking or between the Chair and the Table except in so far as it is necessary for the purpose of administration of Oath and Affirmation of Office.” Mr. Speaker, Sir, while Sen. Haji was on the Floor, the Senator for Murang’a, who is still on his feet, which is still offending our Standing Orders, passed between you and the Sen. Haji who was on his feet? Is he in order?
