"content": "In the statement, the Chairperson should: (1) Provide a comparative ratio of the women and men appointed as members of the County Executive Committees (CECs) and as Chief Officers (COs) in all the counties; (2) Provide a comparative ratio of men and women, chairpersons of all County Public Service Boards; (3) State the affirmative action measures that have been put in place by the county governments to promote the inclusion of women candidates for senior positions; and, (4) Highlight what the Government of Kenya is doing to ensure adherence to the two-thirds gender principle in all key sectors of the national and county Governments."
