That will help him bring informed amendments when it comes to the Committee stage. His extremely mobile behavior is going to create a lot of problems in this House. Whenever Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki moved any Bill, he sat here throughout the debate of the Bill. He listened to Members and was able to liaise with committees to bring amendments."
