    "content": "We have asked that these partner nations or member nations comply with the financial requirements of this organisation. We will find ourselves in the list of those who are yet to pay. One of the purposes of this presentation is so that Members can read this Report and ensure that our Parliament complies with the subscriptions that are due. We will also encourage that we pay fully, so that we are not indebted to this organisation or to many of the organisations that we represent or attend in the region. In conclusion, the delegation of the 8th Ordinary Session of the Plenary Assembly of the Forum of Parliaments of Member States of International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) would like to thank you and, especially the Senate because this is domiciled in our Senate, for listening and reading this report. We would request you to adopt this particular report and to be sure that we push for Members who attend functions and conferences on behalf of the Senate to come back with reports that can be adopted for action in the House.
