    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to take the shortest time possible. I rose here last week addressing you on matters of privilege. Unfortunately, at that time this Committee was not in place and you are the Chair. You can remember I was talking about the privileges given to Members of NASA leadership and Members of Parliament in terms of security. Even the Leader of the Minority Party is still walking; he does not have a car as the Leader of the Majority Party. I was asking whether we can now refer this matter to this Committee under your leadership and give a timeline of one week to report back to the House, preferably next week Tuesday so that we can discuss the Report of the Committee. That is my humble request."
