    "content": "Well, Members can only be included on need basis. But, it is good to allow the membership to first of all have their inaugural meeting to do their own calendar. We do not want any Committee to be idle. There is no Committee that can be idle. There is a lot of work under the Parliamentary Powers and Privileges Act, the Leadership and Integrity Act of 2012 and even to make proposals as to which provisions of the Public Officer Ethics Act, 2003 which may need to be incorporated into the Parliamentary Powers and Privileges Act and then repeal the earlier Act. I think there is a lot of work for this Committee to do even before dealing with issues of immunity, discipline and such like. In the last Parliament those issues were quite many. I have a feeling that we could have many more this time. Besides that, I have gone through the work plan and there is already a lot for this Committee to do. Members of the Committee led by Hon.
