Clause 72 talks to the power of the Authority to enter into an agreement with any person, including a county government or a national Government body. Mainly, miscellaneous provisions are provided for in Part VII. Part VIII provides for the responsibility of county governments under Clause 100. A county government will be responsible for the construction and maintenance of country roads under its jurisdiction."
