I rise to first appreciate the good effort that has been made by the Committee especially looking at this Kenya Roads Bill in relation to the big four agenda of the Government. If you are talking about having food security in this country, we must think about how those potatoes you farm in Kuresoi or Kapsita are going to reach those hungry people elsewhere in the country.
