    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to second this Motion. I want to begin by reminding us that Kenya has one of the most progressive Bill of Rights. This is because it does not just talk about the human rights as we know them but also addresses the first- generation human rights which are: right to expression, association and various freedoms. Again, it goes further and identifies what we call the second-generation human rights which include the right to food, clothing, health care, education, housing and a clean environment among other rights.
