    "content": "This Policy is in line with the President’s big four agenda. Proper housing is one of the objectives of the agenda. At the same time, the policy is in line with the Vision 2030, which is outlined clearly. If we adopt this Sessional Paper, it is going to alleviate overcrowding especially in our urban centres. It is very important we adopt this Motion on low cost housing because it will attract local investors. As we all know, most houses in Nairobi and other urban centres are owned by foreigners. If we adopt this Policy, we will entice Kenyans to own houses."
