    "content": "As a Member of Parliament for Embakasi Central Constituency, I want to say that in all major towns, we have many problems in housing. The Government should encourage highrise buildings that hold more than 10 floors. This will ensure that the available land, which is very scarce in all major towns, is utilised well. When at this, this would help reduce land grabbing because land grabbers mostly do it for their personal gain. They use the land to build rental and business houses which are very expensive for the common mwananchi. The Government should construct these houses and ensure that all buildings are friendly to persons living with disabilities…"
